You and your loved ones can take advantage of The Capri's shared amenities that include a lighted indoor pool, exercise room, tennis courts, saunas, game room, and indoor basketball court, or head over to the beach for a sunny evening working on your tan, beach-combing, reading a novel, or simply resting. Then, when you come back to your condo, let the washer/dryer combo take care of your swimming suites or clothes while you all enjoy a mouth-watering, home cooked meal.

• There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes 1 parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.
• Streaming is available using your own account.
• Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
