Once inside, you'll be greeted by cool colors and an abundance of natural light thanks to the balcony windows. Step outside and lounge comfortably while gazing at the gorgeous watery backdrop. The living room's new furniture beckons, so pick a spot and relax as you watch your favorite shows on the TV there. When everyone gets hungry, use the well-equipped kitchen to make a snack or entire meals, then dine together at the table or alfresco on the balcony. If didn't have enough fun in the water while at the beach, go for a refreshing dip in the shared pool or burn some energy in the fitness room. Wind down in the sauna afterward and take a refreshing shower before settling down for the evening. Both bedrooms feature lovely views of the water, as well as their own TVs, so you'll always have something to watch, whether you're drifting off to sleep or just waking up.

• Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
• The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
• The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
• Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
