The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! (The indoor and large outdoor pools will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.) During the summer, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy but is not guaranteed.

This beachfront condo is ideally within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, which are only four miles south.

When it comes to your comfort and relaxation, this beachfront studio takes things seriously. New purchases and updates completed for 2021 include stainless-steel kitchen appliances, additional kitchen supplies, a large area rug, a balcony rug, lamps, a coffee table, an end table, a memory foam mattress, and a washing machine. The direct oceanfront balcony with a fantastic view is a great place to relax and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a cold evening drink. The living area is all about comfort and coziness with inviting furniture, a Murphy bed, and a TV. The on-site washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay, as does the new HVAC installed in 2022. New enhancements for 2024 include a new queen sofa bed and digital entry.

• Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
