Cute and spacious oceanfront studio with wide balcony! This is a seventh-floor end studio with two-door privacy access which prevents anyone from passing by the studio. Stainless steel appliances, rincluding a dishwasher, make the well-equipped kitchen very inviting. Blackout curtains have been installed on large balcony wide sliders. Cable HDTV and internet are provided with this vacation rental. The studio is close to the elevator, but not too close. It also overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and has a view of the bay. Enjoy a fabulous sunrise view from the east side and a sunset view from the bayside. This gem of a studio is directly across the street from Gold Coast Mall and is a short distance to restaurants and bars.

• Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• A non-refundable, $50 per vehicle building registration fee (credit card) is due at check-in. Please pay for this at the parking machine in front of the north lobby.
• Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
